Delivery

Delivery dates quoted are estimates and are not guaranteed. Total Sensory Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or any consequence thereof as delivery dates are given in good faith.

It is our policy to try and fulfill standard orders within 7 to 14 days from receipt of order. With regards to larger contract orders, we will liase with the customer at all times to inform them of all delivery details. Products that are bespoke or made to order can possibly take up to 6 to 8 weeks delivery as they are “specials”.

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact us through phone or email within 3 working days from date of delivery. We may repair, refund or replace for any goods that have a material default at the point of sale that will be most applicable at the suggestion of Total Sensory Solutions Ltd.

Deliveries shall be made by us or appointed third party to the nominated delivery address. When requested, deliveries must be signed for. It is not sufficient to sign the delivery as unchecked if product is damaged. They should either be refused or signed for as damaged.

To assist with deliveries during school holidays, all relevant details must be forwarded on beforehand. These details are to include contact person’s name ( i.e. caretaker ), phone number, email to help expediate delivery. We will assume that any person at the delivery address has the authority to receive the order on your behalf.

Goods are not to be returned without prior authorisation from Total Sensory Solutions Ltd.
